I’ve been the founding salesperson, a product manager, and a sales leader helping SaaS companies scale across the US and UK. I know firsthand how hard it is to turn a great product into repeatable revenue, and how easy it is to misstep with the wrong hire, weak process, or lack of structure.

I started Ascend Growth Partners to give founders and their investors a different option: practical sales leadership, embedded support, and the foundations for scalable, predictable growth.
